Marina is incredible. My wife and I came into the store with help on a product that suddenly went faulty. She went out of her way to help us track down the receipt because we didn’t have it. Once she found it, she refunded us and we received an all new product. Seriously incredible customer service. She was so wonderful. Thank you.

My doctor recommended I go to this story after I had a hysterectomy due to severe endometriosis to support my pelvic floor therapy. Riley was extremely knowledgeable and delicate to my situation, I felt safe and comfortable! The products recommended to me have been great for my recovery! Would recommend this store to anyone!!

Associates were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, no judgemental vibes. We went in looking for a few suggestions and Cain and Borte described the pros and cons of several options. Definitely would suggest stopping in!

Highly recommend this store! Many, many innovative products (for both women and men) and Borte (the wonderful person who helped us) was so friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease as we asked lots of questions. Will definitely shop there again!

This shop is a gem in the neighborhood! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and creates a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable asking questions or exploring new things. The store is well-organized with a great selection of goods. I was impressed by how inclusive and non-judgmental the atmosphere was. Highly recommend checking it out!

The couple times I've been there the employees have been amazing, which imo is one of the most important factors of stores like this. They're super welcoming and friendly, without being overbearing. Just helpful in case you need them or have questions :) !! The atmosphere of the store is very comfortable, with display testers out on shelves and tables so you can turn on/ feel items (with your hands***) before purchasing, which is soooo helpful in making decisions. You do have to present ID (im assuming only if you look especially younger, as it's an 18+ store) to shop, so just make sure you have that present, especially if youre a student, bring your student ID because they have 10% off student discounts!!

Had such a great experience at this store! The girl working there (wish I knew her name!) was amazing young, Asian, sweet and super knowledgeable. Not to be weird, but she really deserves credit for how helpful and professional she was. She explained everything in detail without it feeling creepy or awkward. I initially thought the toys wouldn’t be as good as mainstream brands, but I was impressed by the quality and they were actually more affordable. Definitely a great spot with great service! ✨💓

If you need a sex toy of any kind and you’re in the greater Seattle area, GO TO BABELAND! I’m a male-presenting nonbinary trans person, and Addy (the actual best!) made me feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Once I explained what I was looking for, Addy was able to show me several options, and we spoke candidly about what I wanted (not always the easiest thing to do when discussing butt toys with strangers!). They were able to help me figure out what my best options were and directed me to a specific toy. I’m so excited to try it out — and it even has a one-year warranty! Babeland is the greatest, and I wish we had a store like it in Indianapolis. ❤️❤️❤️
